Plastic Surgery

  1. IF THE PATIENT DOES NOT NOTIFY OF DATE CHANGES 30 DAYS BEFORE THE SURGERY WITH THE COORDINATOR AND THE MAIL [email protected] THERE WILL BE A TOTAL LOSS DEPOSIT.
  2. THE DATE AND TIME OF SURGERY IS SUBJECT TO CHANGES FOR EXTRAORDINARY ISSUES, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CHANGES / CHARGES OF FLIGHTS, TRANSPORTATIONS OR EXTRA SERVICES CONTRACTED BY PATIENTS.
  3. THE DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY REASON OR CIRCUMSTANCES.
  4. IN CASE OF CANCELLATION ONLY REPORTING WITHIN A RANGE ESTABLISHED, 30 DAYS, THE PATIENT CAN USE 100% OF THE DEPOSIT AS ACCREDITABLE IN THE VIVE MEDICAL SPA FACILITIES AND ONLY WILL HAVE 1 MONTH OF VALIDITY.
  5. THE PRICE OF SURGERY DOES NOT INCLUDE EXTRA GIRDLES/GARMENTS, MEDICATION, RECOVERY HOUSE, MASSAGES OR TRANSPORTATION, EACH SERVICE HAS ITS POLICIES AND RESTRICTIONS, IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE COORDINATOR TO PROVIDE THEM AND THE PATIENT TO READ THEM.
  6. IT IS THE PATIENT’S RESPONSIBILITY TO CARRY OUT THE PRE-OPERATIONAL STUDIES BEFORE THE SURGERY, IF THE RESULTS ARE NOT READY 4 WEEKS BEFORE THE DATE OF SURGERY WILL BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE OR CANCELLATION WITH PRIOR NOTICE AND TOTAL LOSS OF THE DEPOSIT.
  7. IN CASE OF PRE-OPERATIONAL STUDIES, THEY RESULT THAT THE PATIENT’S HEALTH IS NOT SUITABLE FOR SURGERY, IS AN AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION WITH TOTAL LOSS OF DEPOSIT.
  8. IN CASE THAT THE PRE-OPERATIONAL STUDIES GIVE AS A RESULT THAT THE PATIENT’S HEALTH IS NOT WITHIN THE PARAMETERS ACCEPTED FOR PLASTIC SURGERY, THE INTERNAL PHYSICIAN WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DECIDING IF HE CAN PROVIDE THE SURGERY OR WILL BE CANCELED / SUBJECTED TO SUBJECTED THE TOTAL DEPOSIT.
  9. IT IS THE PATIENT’S RESPONSIBILITY TO PERFORM A PREGNANCY TEST 1 MONTH BEFORE THE SURGERY. IF THE DOCTOR DETERMINES THAT A PREGNANCY EXISTS, THE SURGERY WILL BE CANCELED LOSING THE TOTAL DEPOSIT.
  10. LIN THE EVENT OF PRESENTING SYSTEMS OF ANY DISEASE, THE PATIENT IS RESPONSIBLE TO NOTIFY THE COORDINATOR, THE CASE WILL BE PASSED TO THE INTERNAL PHYSICIAN WHO WILL GIVE THE INSTRUCTIONS OF HOW TO TREAT THE TABLE.
  11. FAILURE TO ANSWER 3 CONSECUTIVE DAYS THE CALLS OF THE COORDINATION TEAM WILL HAVE BAD COMMUNICATION AND POSSIBLE CANCELLATION LOSING THE TOTAL DEPOSIT.
  12. IS THE PATIENT’S RESPONSIBILITY TO BRING EXTRA MONEY FOR THE EXPENSES THAT PREVIOUSLY BREAKED OUT IN THE CONFIRMATION MAIL, HOW TO ALSO READ AND FOLLOW ALL INDICATIONS PROVIDED BY LIVE PLASTIC SURGERY.
  13. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE INDICATIONS OF THE COORDINATORS MAY AFFECT YOUR HEALTH DURING OR AFTER THE SURGERY, EVEN POSSIBLE CANCELLATION OF YOUR SURGERY LOSING THE TOTAL DEPOSIT.
  14. THE REMAINING TO PAY IS UNIQUE AND EXCLUSIVELY WITH CASH OR CASH CHECK, WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY OTHER PAYMENT METHOD OTHER THAN THAT MENTIONED ABOVE.
  15. PAYMENTS WITH ZELLE, VENMO OR CASHAPP ARE ONLY FOR DEPOSITS, NOT TO PAY THE TOTAL SURGERY. IN CASE THE PATIENT DOES NOT HAVE THE REMNANT TO PAY, THE SURGERY CAN BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELED WITHOUT RETURN OF THE DEPOSIT. SUCH DEPOSITS AND / OR PAYMENTS WILL BE VALID UNTIL CONFIRMED BY THE ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT AND IT IS THE PATIENT’S RESPONSIBILITY TO NOTIFY THE COORDINATOR EVERY TIME THAT IT MAKES A MOVEMENT OR TRANSACTION, ALSO SEND A LEGIBLE CHECK OF THE NUMBER AND DETAIL BENEFACTOR AND BENEFICIARY.
