He is a Military Medical Doctor trained in Otolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery, with further specialization in local-anesthesia rhinoplasty under Dr. Héctor Marín in Mexico City. He completed additional fellowships in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Colombia with Dr. Fernando Pedroza and in Australia with Dr. Tuan Pham.
