BodyTite

BodyTite is a minimally invasive body contouring technology that uses patented radiofrequency-assisted lipolysis (RFAL) to liquefy unwanted fat and tighten the skin at the same time. During the procedure, a thin probe is inserted beneath the skin through a tiny incision. The probe delivers controlled radiofrequency energy that melts fat cells, which are then gently suctioned out with a small cannula. Simultaneously, the energy heats the underlying tissue and the skin's surface, triggering an immediate contraction of collagen fibers and stimulating the long-term production of new collagen.

The dual-action effect — fat reduction plus skin tightening — is what makes BodyTite different from standard liposuction. Traditional lipo removes fat efficiently but does very little to address skin laxity, often leaving patients with loose, hanging skin that requires a surgical lift to correct. BodyTite closes that gap.

The procedure is most commonly performed on the abdomen, flanks, arms (often called "bat wings"), inner and outer thighs, back, bra line, and knees. It is performed under local anesthesia with light sedation, so patients remain comfortable throughout and go home the same day. Most sessions take one to two hours, depending on the number of areas treated.

Because the incisions are extremely small (just a few millimeters), scarring is minimal and typically fades to nearly invisible. Downtime is usually two to three days before returning to light activities, with full activity resumed within a week or two.
