I had the best experience at the vive recovery house. From in house massages, to the nurses and chef everything was exceptional. Will recommend anyone looking for post operative care.

But I wrote to them on WhatsApp to ask for information, and the person who answered me did so without any tact, trying to offer something (which they didn't), and I felt questioned in a completely unsubtle way. Customer service is important from that first contact, and if that's how they treat people via text, I don't want to know how they treat them in person.

I had surgery with vive and stayed at this recovery house, they are understaffed and as much as I believe the nurses try their best this company sees patients as just money, so much so I had complications with surgery and the nurses didn’t check my wounds when I told them I wasn’t feeling okay. I had to ask them to put cream on my wounds like the doctor prescribed and they kept forgetting to do it. They made the whole ordeal worse. I felt like I wasn’t being well taken care of. Honestly there’s other recovery house with better reputation.
I also wanted to add the massage therapist give you a free service for every google review. Most of these reviews are from family members of people who stayed there. I saw it with my own eyes. One lady had 17 reviews from her family members. That’s deceiving.
